Start Your Presence, Raise Your Profile

This is fully funded free training day with Social Media Networking expert Howard Moorey of Hojomo Group.

The day offers practical hand-on experience which will enable you to create a social media presence. You will work on-line (Mac and PC platforms available), to set up and populate your Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn profiles. In addition you will be guided by on the best approach to manage social media networking for business development

At the end of the programme participants will:

• Have active Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
• Know how to effectively manager the development of your presence
• Have confidence in what to say, when, and how often
• Understand how to approach relevant ‘friends’ and build your contacts

PLUS: This training covers the cost of an additional 3 months support from Hojomo Group, to give you practical assistance in making this networking tool work for your business.

• Those running a small or medium size creative business in Gloucestershire
• By default finding yourself managing the business development and marketing aspects
• Who have yet to set up a Social Media Networking presence.

Refreshments

Lunch plus refreshment breaks will be offered during each session. This will consist of sandwiches, light snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks.

The College is situated on Princess Elizabeth Way, There is a regular bus service, and free, secure car parking is available on site. The session will be held in room F021.
